Vertical corners are formed 1” radius for strength and minimal product retention. Heavy-duty tube sheet is designed for nominal 6” filter media. Venturis are of cast aluminum construction for durability. Blow pipes are mated to compressed air header with guardian galvanized couplings that permanently eliminate blowouts. Dusty air plenum door(s) are field changeable from left to right-hand opening. Flanged hoppers are all welded ” plate with laser cut holes.
Available in silo bin vent construction of process general aspiration configurations. Well made, designed and constructed. Many options are available to suit nearly any powder or application.
