Modular components allow for nearly any combination of IBC ( rigid or flexible ) unloading. Unloader handles open bottom bags, spouted bags or rigid IBC. Wide frame allows for safe and efficient IBC handling. Rigid IBC containers are secured to pan with a secure quick clamp system that allows seamless handling of rigid or flexible IBCs. Bag pan is mounted on a set of tandem vibration isolators and is driven by an electro-mechanical vibrator. Pre-wired assemblies are available that include local motor disconnects that enable fast start up. Modular unloaders are available in food grade, USDA and general industrial configurations.
