Polypropylene Woven Bags suitable for 50 KG Net, shall be made from Natural white (Polypropylene of Tapes), cloth to be Plain weavs with a minimum construction of 12x18 mesh per square inch using a YERN of 1000-1200 denier (+-) 5% min

B) Liner ( Inner Bag)
Inner Tubular liner of (0.100-0.175 mm) min thick ( test method ASTM D 374) Polypropylene film made of virgin materials (regenerated material not Acceptable). Have an impact resistance of 165 GR/CM2 (test method ASTM 1708)
The liner shall be sewn into the top and into the bottom of the outer bag under the seal, as clear in point c
The Liner shall have sufficient oversize compared to the size of the outer bag in width (2 CM ) and in Length 7 cm

C) Sewing Thread:

Filled bags should with stand drop test with out bursting when dropped for five times flat from a height of 3 m. Inner liner should not crack at any drop test
