Single Stsage Lump Breaker

Erstellt am 11. Dec. 2006 - 03:25

Sachin,

Jersey Crusher produces the most economical and sturdy single stage lump breakers, called Lump Buster. Please contact John Karmazyn for a proposal:

PH 908-647-8181 or email jersey.crusher@verizon.net

Model 1515 unit starts under $10,000.00 with inlet hopper and stand constructed of carbon steel.

Give John the process rate and beginning and final partical size.

Mention my name, we can try to negotiate a discount off the list price.

Thanks,

Robert

Sir,

AMERICAN PULVERIZER COMPANY has been in business since 1908, and since this time, has designed and manufactured many different types of crushers and shredders necessary to meet varied specifications.

We have a wide assortment of standard models as well as the ability to custom-design a unit when necessary. We manufacture both the high-speed hammermill/Ringmill type crushers and the slow-speed, high torque, shear-type waste shredders; along with plastic Granulators, aluminum shredders, wood hogs, and many other types of heavy-duty reduction equipment.

We would also like you to know AMERICAN PULVERIZER COMPANY has a fully-staffed office of service personnel and engineers to help you with any questions that may arise before, during, or after the machine is installed. We stock approximately $2,000,000 worth of inventory to serve your immediate needs.

We also have a wholly owned subsidiary HUSTLER CONVEYOR COMPANY, also located here in St. Louis, Missouri that manufactures Rubber Belt, Steel Belt and Oscillating Conveyors and together we can put together a completely integrated system with a single source of supply and responsibility.

Prior to sizing you on a piece of reduction equipment, we need to know the following:

1.Capacity in pounds or tons per hour.

2.The type of material to be reduced.

3.Average infeed size and the largest infeed size and end product size.

4.Any physical or chemical properties of the material to be reduced.

Coal Crushing

Erstellt am 4. Jan. 2007 - 06:19

Dear Mr. Sachin

I presume that you are going to install approx 250-300 tph FBC boiler for which you need to crush approx. 1500 tpd lilgnite to below 8mm.

You need a complete fuel handling facility which includes raw coal/ lignite conveyors, sizer or pre-crusher, roller crusher/hammer mill and vibrating screens and crushed coal conveyors. The capacity of such system in such a case should be about 100 tph.

In roller crusher crushing ratio of 1:6 is generally achived. We manufacture four roll crushers having two pair of crushing rollers; which gives reduction upto 1:36. this means that you have to install a pre-crusher for 0-1000 input and 0-150mm out put. A hammer Mill with 0-150mm input and 0-8 mm output. or a roller crusher with similar parameters. Then vibrating screen and conveyor for feeding the silo. And a re-feed loop of the oversized particles from the screen back to crusher.

The output size required= +8.00 = 5%

-10.00 = 100%

-1.00 = <10%

the capacity required 315 tph.

kindly suggust and send your Techno commercial offer the crusher or combination of crushers required to get the required output optimising the capital cost and power consuption.
