Using a contained double liner system, the DCS provides optimal protection of the operator and product at high containment levels (<1µgm/m3). Based on this award-winning technology, the DCS Inverter was developed to give the additional advantage of inverting the drum for faster and more complete discharge.
The ability to rotate the drum a full 180 degrees allows for faster emptying of the drums and higher throughput. If the material in the drum is lumpy or agglomerated, a lump breaker can be positioned at the outlet to aide in the discharge process. The DCS Inverter improves the ergonomics and safety of drum emptying by eliminating any manual work for the operator. It also saves on cost, as the glove box can be raised and lowered to accommodate different size drums.
