Hennlich Engineering is a branch of the Czech company Hennlich Industrietechnik which belongs to the European group Hennlich.

The company has many years of experience in handling abrasive bulk materials such as cement, fly ash, and sand and specializes in providing loading systems for trucks, rail and shipping terminals.

Hennlich is supplier of loading spouts for vertical transportation of loose materials and has recently developed new equipment for the loading of substrates into high-capacity ships. ´

The telescopic design of the loading chute enables it to be fully extended to a length of 11m, so it can be utilized in deep cargo spaces.

The precision of loose substrate transportation into a cargo space is improved by a so-called guide shovel with tilting guides to place material under an angle of up to 360 º in the horizontal plane and up to 70 º in the vertical plane.

The loading equipment is able to cover an area of up to 350 m from one spot, and this is advantageous especially for the largest sea ships.

The equipment enables the transfer of up to 70t of loose substrate in one minute. So it is able to fill even the largest of cement carriers and river boats very quickly.

In this way, increased loading capacity brings a significant saving or time for ship and port owners and thus reduces cost.

If you would like to receive more information about this type of equipment, do not hesitate and contact us.
