I am fully experienced in following multi-disciplinary Capital projects through from initial concept stage to completion, according to all applicable standards.
My experience has covered all areas of Project work:
Equipment selection and design
Procurement
Research and development
Construction
Testing and commissioning
Quality control
Site and installation management
Site safety control
Plant operations.
I have experience with a broad range of Project activities and within a variety of differing industries and processes and working environments including hardship and 3rd world. I am involved in all aspects of project work, from conception to final handover, and as such am comfortable at any stage in the process, be it at RFQ stage, build inspection or commissioning. As a Site Superintendent I have received several awards, among them Site Safety awards, safety is a subject that I take very seriously and in 15 years of project work and hundreds of thousands of contractor man-hours worked and supervised, I have never had a lost time injury occurring to any of my team or contractors on any of my project sites. I was most recently involved in the construction, commissioning and subsequent upgrading of two Greenfield Aluminium Smelters.
