Foreword
With China’s entry in WTO, Beijing’s successful application of the Olympics, and the coming World Expo 2010 in Shanghai, the infrastructure construction of stadiums, roads, bridges and harbors etc. has been fully developed, which drives the fast development of related industries, dry mix mortar industry is playing an important role in the field of urban construction etc.
As the leader of Chinese economy, Shanghai has a big market potential in itself. And East China with Shanghai in the lead is currently the domestic market with most radiation force, an important window for domestic and overseas merchants in this industry to make commercial communication, the center of domestic and overseas materials purchase, and is the concentrated location for a great number of related enterprises to promote their products. The economic growth rate of Shanghai has been in the lead among China’s large and medium cities, and it has been the biggest trade and commerce circulation market in China and has big potential and development space. This exposition integrates “product show, trade negotiation, technical communication and information publishing”, in order to “advance technical progress, promote domestic and overseas sales, lead the market supply and demand and seek for better development”.
Held in Shanghai in Nov. 17-19, 2005, the First China (Shanghai) International Dry Mix Mortar Technology and Products Exposition has achieved great success. It has gathered over 60 powerful enterprises and institutions participating in the exposition, such as Wacker, M-Tec, Dow Chemical Company, Rohmhaas, Elotex of National Starch, Eirich, Putzmeister, Shanxi Sanwei, Nan’an Haite, Wuxi Jiangjia etc. and we’ve especially invited the Ministry of Construction, National Development and Form Commission, Shanghai Municipal Construction Commission and a lot of design institutes, construction organizations, development companies.
Shanghai Expo is coming in 2010! In 2006, the ratio of construction investment in Shanghai will reach its historical highest value, and Shanghai’s market for dry mix mortar is being comprehensively started. After investigation, we’ve decided that ‘2006 China (Shanghai) International Dry Mix Mortar Technology and Products Exposition will held in Dec. 6-8, 2006 in Shanghai Everbright Convention and Exhibition Center, with the synchronized event of “’2006 China (Shanghai) International Dry Mix Mortar Summit Form”. The expo will be sponsored by CDMC, and undertaken by Shanghai Zhanye Exhibition Co., Ltd.
