Full range of filter receivers from powder loaders, intermediate receivers and full size filter receivers are modular in construction and can be fitted with an array of storage and discharge options. Systems function with modern "on-line" batch technology which proves many smaller batches over few larger batches are more flexible for product change over and more accurate. Systems are built on skid technology where components are pre-mounted to nominal 8 foot wide x 20 foot long skids. Each skid has pre-wired and installed components for fast install and start up. Full scale factory acceptance testing is suitable for this technology. Skids include decking, toeboard and OSHA handrails. Skids are installed as an assembly onto field erected skeleton. Local enclosures are pre-mounted to skids making electrical installation take a fraction of the time over a conventional install.
