Hello,

I am maintenance manager in a cement factory and we have a crane which is a maintenance nightmare. Currently we are shipping 1.5 million T clinker by year with it, thus creating very big wear and lots of bearing replaced (yearly cost 250k‚¬...)

The final transport (on top of the crane is made with 3 screws BMH), and one part can move axially by 6m. The lateral movement (to fill boat) is done on rails by the crane itself.

Loading rate with clinker can not be more than 450t/h whereas we would like to go to min 600t/h but 800t/h.

I am thinking to replace the whole system with fully closed conveyor (ie no wear parts...) or closed belt... anyhow something with absolutely no dust...!

If you have some ideas please feel free to give them or to send private message.

I am opened to any suggestion and this file is really a hot topic.

Thanks
