If you go to an experienced supplier he will be able to quote you for a suitable machine. ■

I have gone through your enquiry. Please note that I am from Andhra Pradesh manufacturing best quality Pure Nylon abrasion resistant Bucket Elevator Belts. Though woven it is made solid using some special treatment, so yarns will not come out of the belt even if you cut it anywhere.
Please do not hesitate to inform me about your interest. If interested I can submit a cut sample, after going through it, you make a decission.

Thanks for your inquiry in the forum. 100 mm grain size lies in the upper limit.
In spite of the little capacity operating hour bigger buckets should be provided, in order to take up the grain offhand.

Hi,
handling 100mm lump size coal is no problem for a bucket elevator application. Speed should be low to discharge by gravity.
Untill +/- 50mm lumps, you could handle the material with a centrifical bucket elevator.
Coal requires also further attention as it has specific material caracteristics.
