Hello everyone,

Under are some introduction of the use of steel cord chevron conveyor belt in China:

Steel cord chevron conveyor belt are widely used in mines in China,there are more than one hundred steel cord chevron conveyor belt conveyor systems equipped in China every year.

For the product:

The maximum length of the chevron steel cord conveyor belt conveyor is 1000 meters;

the maximum sloping is 38°.

Slope Angle

this 38 deg slope, is it for conventional troughing belt/high angle/ pipe conveyor?

Well ask yourself; why put chevrons on a pipe conveyor. Define high angle!

Seriously, 1000m at 38 degrees is a fair old lift. If you're not lifting all the way why have a chevron belt in the first place? How do you clean the beast? It won't take off outside China because it is not clean, as described. ■

I think the question in the poll to your thread about China made (?) steelcord chevron belts is not accurately asked. At least it makes no big sense to me. Could you look into and maybe provide a re definition?
