We are on a project for aluminum scrap shredding and separating system and looking for a supplier for it. This system will be the first one running in China.

Our company, locate in Shanghai, China, is working mainly in the material handling field in the coal mining, power stations, chemical industry and other bulk material handling fields.

Below is some baisc technical data, please kindly check if you company can offer the required scope of supply and if we can cooperate for this project.

Process Description, Installation Level, Technical Requirements and Key Specifications & Parameters:

Process description:

Feed copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, etc. mixed with plastic and other non-metal chunking ingot aluminum alloy scrap in Aluminum Scrap Shredding and Separation line. Separate the aluminum scrap into different granularity, by shredding, vibrant screening, multilevel magnetic separating, swirl separating, etc. Casting aluminum alloy scrap is sent to alloy casting workshop to melt and cast; scrap of copper and zinc, etc. are compounded during the workshop section of compounding ingots.

Basic technical requirement:

The equipment shall be advanced in technology in the world, In compliance with ISO standard;

The electric and control technology and equipment shall meet IEC standard and not in conflict with the current national regulations and norms in China;

PLC control during production; automatic control to the production process of aluminum and A-alloys shall be realized.

Safe, reliable running of the system with low operating expenses;

The emission and noise, etc. Shall be of little pollution to the environment and meet the environmental regulations and requirement of the manufacturer¡¯s country and shall be better than the relevant regulation and norm of environment protection of P. R. C.

To realize automatic shredding to the feeding material.

Separation system shall be equipped with attracted-iron devices.

Efficiency of production:

Waste and old cast pieces: ¡15 ton/hour

Waste sectional material: ¡10 ton/hour

Waste and old foil: ¡10 ton/hour

Main technical parameters:

Grade of separation: Separated aluminum scrap shall be in two grades: scale of granularity: 20-60mm and 60-150mm.

Efficiency of removing inclusion.

•Separation of non-metal parts (complex material, plastic and slime sludge): Max. Plastic content in fed scrap: 30%; content of plastic after shredded and separated finished product not exceed 7%.

•Separation of free iron: remove 95% free iron of feeding scrap.

•Discharge: Plastic, iron and aluminum output into container provided by the client.

•Fume collector: adopt cylinder dust collector and connection pipeline, abort and remove aluminum powder, particle and slime sludge. Minimize the possibility of fire or explosion after use the equipment.

5.Scope of supply and design division

Bidder shall be responsible for the possible items missed in the scope of supply list. Bidder takes all responsibility for the integrality of the whole set and to provide detailed scope of supply list in the format as follows.
