If my experience & exposure is spine chilling, then you must have a spine. Yet, your "apology" mail - a private mail in fact - does not reflect the guts associated with one. If you had the temerity to be caustic in public you should also have displayed the character to apologise in public.

I would suggest you repeat your apology mail in the public forum and uphold the sanctity of the forum. ■
