United Conveyor Corporation (UCC) has been providing wet ash unloaders for most of our 85+ years of designing and supplying ash handling, storage, and unloading systems. UCC Mixer/Unloaders are capable of conditioning ash for disposal at rates from as low as 600 cubic feet per hour to as much as 16,000 cubic feet per hour (17 to 453 cubic meters per hour). Our Pin Paddle Mixer/Unloaders can condition even ash with a high calcium (CaO) content without the buildup, poor mix quality, or other concerns that face other unloaders handling similar material.
