HAF Equipment Model BBU4000FG bulk bag unloader features a modular design. Frame is built in two pieces allowing the top and bottom to be orrientated independently. All continuously welded frame is constructed from a combination of 4" and 6" square tube resulting in a very robust design. Three bag discharging options including a vibrated pan, automatic bag massage or a combination of the above. A unique integrated dust collector is also available. Filter is mounted on the underside of bag pan and features a continuous pulse jet clean mechanism. Operator zone features relief areas at bag pan and frame. Bag spout access door is operated with a single ergonomic handle. Round domed access door will not leak. Oversized construction allows for use with oversized bags. Units availble in Food grade, general industrial and sanitary USDA construction. Options include integral bag break station and loss-in-weight scale.
