Each CNW module consists of a vacuum filter receiver with continuous pulse jet filter clean system, live bin discharger, volumetric screw feeder and three-point scale system. Modules are designed for tool free quick take apart. Entire module can be quickly disassembled for cleaning. All stainless steel construction along with NEMA 4 electrical enclosures allow for safe wash down. Modules can be set up in any combination of up to six units serving a single discharge. Modules run independent of one another in a loss-in-weight mode allowing for quick batch make up. Plug in electrical connections allow for quick field install and run. Several sizes are available to suit convey length and batch rates.
Control is managed through a touch screen HMI providing operator with a wide range of operation for each module. Scale control is intuitive and can be process specific displayed. Modules are completely pre-wired and ready for operation.
