Dear Sirs,

I'm interested in modelling of the belt conveyors in dynamical states.

The Belt conveyor model which I use includes one dimenstional model of the belt but I would like to apply two dimensional model to investigation of either longitudinal or transversal response of the belt.

Please tell me,where I could find formulas of two dimelsional belt model to apply in my work.

I'm not a mechanician but a electrician so I'm looking for mathematical description in as simple as possible form ready for use.

Thank you.

Best regards

Peter

You might ask Mr. Kulinowski from University of Mining and Metallurgy, Department of Mining, Dressing and Transporting Machines, Krakow, Poland.

He did a software to calculate stationary and dynamic behaviour in a model of belt conveyor.

Read our concept publication in Bulk Solids Handling 1984.

Read Prof. Gabriel Lodewijk's PhD thesis from Delft Univeristy in Holland.

You must find a way to back integrate a hyperbolic function of the shape the belt takes.
