We are a company who manufacture a range of Mineral Sizers from 505mm centres upto a massive 1750mm centres, the primary machines can accept upto 2 metres infeed size and reduce to a nominal size with the use of a breaker bar in excess of an 8 to 1 crushing ratio.

Achieved throughputs from this type of machine has been in excess of 15,000 tph.

We also produce two side sizers, 505 and 630 centres, The side sizer has fully adjustable breaker plates and can reduce material to a minimum of -25mm .

To accompany the above machines we have developed our own high power, high torque range of the much required special gearboxes. These were designed using MRDE calculations as specified by British Coal and proven world wide.

For our range of primary, secondary and tertiary machines we have our own specific replaceable tooth and cap designs. 3,4 and 6 tooth for primary sizers and multi tooth segements for secondary and tertiary sizers

Now this type of machine has been proven and accepted in many industries, We are looking for manufacturing companies who are capable of manufacturing and selling world wide this range of proven Mineral Sizers to the Mining and Quarrying industires.
