Dear Sir,
We are manufacturing best quality Nylon specially Treated Bucket Elevator Belts, conveyor belts. This is an abrasion resistant belt, though woven it is made solid using special treatment. As such though cut horizontally or vertically yarns will not come out. If interested we can submit sample.

(1200) complete shackles sets of wear – resistance type each consists of (shackle + distance plate + spring washer + nut M24), AS per the enclosed drawing.
6) The supplier should indicate the following in his technical offer:
Metal alloy used, its treatment, according to the world standards.
Mechanical properties and stresses (hardness – friction resist. – strength - dimensions tolerances)
Bidder should be the manufacturer.
Bidder should be having the ISO certificate.
Bidder should have reference in the cement industry.
Warranty period: one complete year.
The supplier should submit all required catalogues and leaf lets.
To indicate the manufacturer name, country of origin, and his experience all over the world.
Delivery period: the shortest possible.
