The P(max) achieved in laboritory tests is rarely seen in any industrial application as it is a MAXIMUM. Working with optimised numbers provided laboritory experiments guarantees that a safety margin is automatic in designs that incorperate same. Any departure from using the maximum values must be cautioned and should only be done by a suitable applications engineer with good reason for doing so.
