The concept of the new, non-invasively measuring level radar Micropilot M, FMR 250, compensates reflections which are generally not very good in bulk materials, with decisively increased dynamics of the applied radar sensors. In this way, non intrusive measurement up to 70 m, independent of dust and filling noises, is carried out reliably with 2-wire technol-ogy. Micropilot FMR250 M features easy start-up and commissioning with menu-guided operation.
Also shown is the Soliphant T limit switch range. The new Soliphant T FTM20/21 repre-sents totally new ways and introduces a unique single rod limit switch. Its newly developed Kipp-piezo-drive ensures unique performance which is applied in powdery and coarse grained bulk solids of all kinds with a bulk weight of 200g/l. By uncoupling the process connection from the vibration, the sensor becomes insensitive to outside vibrations thus ensuring reliable measuring results. Also shown are the new models of the proven, oscillat-ing fork limit switches of the Soliphant M family.
The complete package, adapted to the construction and the building material industry, also contains the following products:
•compact-Echolot Prosonic M to monitor stockpiles, conveyor belt packing and level measurement
•solids content measurement with Liquisys M featuring rugged, opto-electronic CUS 41 sensor. The measurement is used e.g. for turbidity measurement in process water in closed water circuits.
•rugged, customized flow measurement with Promag 5X W .
•guided level radar Levelflex M with abrasion-resistant cable for continuous measure-ment of all powdery and finely granulated bulk materials.
•capacitive Solicap M cable probes for limit detection in coarse-grained bulk materials.

Damit kann berührungslos, unabhängig von Staub und Befüllgeräuschen bis 70 m gemessen werden, und das mit 2-Leiter Technik. Micropilot M FMR250 bietet durch die menügeführte Bedie-nung deutliche Vorteile bei der Inbetriebnahme.
Daneben wird auch das erweitere Programm der Grenzstand-Familie mit Soliphant T vor-gestellt. Mit dem neuen Soliphant T FTM20/21 geht Endress+Hauser ganze neue Wege und stellt einen Einstab-Grenzschalter vor. Der neu entwickelter Kipp-Piezo-Antrieb ge-währleistet eine Performance, so dass das Einsatzgebiet von pulverigen bis grobkörnigen Schüttgütern aller Art ab einem Schüttgewicht von 200 g/l liegt. Durch das Entkoppeln des Prozessanschlusses von der Vibrationsbewegung wird der Sensor unempfindlich gegen Fremdvibrationen und sichert damit zuverlässige Messergebnisse.
Das branchenangepasste Paket für die Bau- und Baustoffindustrie umfasst produktseitig neben den Neuigkeiten z.B.:
