These tanks / silos are located in Butler, NJ. We can arrange a site visit for any potential buyer. We prefer to sell both tanks although we would evaluate selling one tank if buyer only needed one tank.

Volume is approximately 35,000 gallons for each tank so total volume is about 70,000 gallons

Dimensions of Tanks: 12.5 feet diameter , 38 feet high

These are vertical tanks.

The tanks stored liquid sodium silicate and only this material. The tanks have been cleaned and there is only a very minor residue left.

Tanks are insulated (IT IS NOT asbestos insulation). Insulation can be stripped for Buyer at a negotiated extra cost.

Buyer Needs to get tanks within 10 days of purchase as the site is being demolished.

We will load tank onto Buyer's drop deck truck or equivalent using our crane and rigging personnel.

Buyer provides and pays for all transportation.

We will rig the tanks onto buyers truck which needs to be coordinated such that both tanks get loaded out in same day.
