Metso Minerals is celebrating the sales of the 100th Lokotrack LT95 mobile jaw plant at the Samoter exhibition in Verona, Italy. During four years, over a hundred LT95 primary jaw plants have been sold for contracting and recycling applications world wide, making it one of the most successful single models. The 100th LT95 unit was officially handed out to the Italian customer Societ Cattaneo Battista S.r.l. operating in Bergamo, Italy.
Metso Minerals was the first company to start the commercial production of track-mounted crushing plants in 1985. Having the 20th anniversary of the original Lokotrack crushing concept this year, the company has delivered over 2500 mobile units world wide. The proven Lokotrack series comprises of almost 30 basic models, including, jaw, cone and impactor plants.
Lokotrack LT95 highly successful in Italy
Thanks to its very compact transport dimensions, Lokotrack LT95 jaw plant has been highly successful in Italy, where the road transport regulations are quite strict. In Italy alone, there are more than 30 LT95´s in operation.
The Lokotrack LT95 offers a crusher output of up to 350 tonnes per hour. High capacity and a good crushing ratio are guaranteed by the proven Nordberg C95 jaw crusher.
Today, the revolutionary IC500 intelligent controller is a standard feature of every Lokotrack LT95. IC500 controls the whole crushing operation and gives real time crushing information about all the main functions. For the operator, IC500 provides simple use: pushing just one button the whole crushing process will be started.
Weighing under 30 tonnes, Lokotrack LT95 can be easily transported from site to site with a normal trailer. A wide variety of optional equipment is available – from hydraulic setting adjustment, material level control to a water spraying system.
Proven jaw and cone crushers
At the Samoter exhibition, Metso Minerals is also displaying its proven jaw and cone Nordberg crusher models from the C, GP and HP series.
Nordberg C125 is the 30th anniversary model of the proven C series jaw crusher range with 11 different models. C125 is highly popular as a primary crusher at any demanding aggregate and mining installations, both at stationary and mobile applications. The C125 capacity range is 250-850 tph. The fully equipped crusher weight is 43 tonnes.
Nordberg GP200S is a popular secondary cone crusher with 250-330 mm feed opening and 10 900 kg total weight. GP200S capacity range in secondary crushing is 110-350 tph.
Nordberg HP300 is the most popular model of the highly popular Nordberg HP series cone crusher range for secondary and tertiary crushing. HP300 features 15 810 kg crusher weight and a capacity range of 120-485 tph.
