New Crusher Order:
Alamo Cement Company, San Antonio, Texas has placed an order for a new Bedeschi Toothed Roller Crusher Type RL. The crusher will process 800 tons per hour of Austin Chalk. The Austin Chalk has a moisture content of 20%. Material feed size is 1100mm (44 inches) and outlet size will be 80mm (3 inches).

This new type of Apron Feeder utilizes the proven and successful Bedeschi curved apron blades system which helps prevent leakage and build-up of material under the feeder. For extremely wet or sticky material we can include an optional scraper installed on the under side of the apron feeder to ensure perfect blade cleaning.
