PhD position in Pneumatic Conveying
The Dept of POSTEC, Tel-Tek, invites applications from students (both female and male) all over the world who cares to take the challenge of research life and wish to be a part of the globally renowned Powder Technology group located in Norway.
Ph.D Fellowship in BioPowders under Marie Curie RTN programme
Tentative Project title : Adaptation of online measurement to powder processes in Pneumatic Conveying
The idea is to be able to characterise pneumatic transport systems based on the data collected during online monitoring and use the same knowledge for improved process control.
The starting date for the position will be sometime between July and October 2005. The salary will be around 35000/- euro per year (subject to taxes etc.) The project will be carried out mainly at the Dept of POSTEC, Telemark Technological R & D Centre, Norway. The Ph.D student will register for a Ph.D degree at a suitable university.
Eligible applicants must not be a national of Norway, or must not have resided in Norway for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the project start date. Applicants must possess or expect to shortly obtain an honours 4-year Bachelor’s degree, or a Master’s degree or a 5-year diploma or equivalent.
