I am not familiar with the EDG spec. You should contact the GRAIN BOARD OF IRAQ (I am assuming that is where this is coming from) for more detailed specification of their request. Typically these type of letters may represent a cover compound or also may represent the carcass compound.
For example in North America the 1225/5 means that it has 1225 PIW (Pounds per Inch of Width) strength and is made up of 5 plys of fabric with each ply having a strength of 245 PIW.
the 2 + 2 represents that the cover thickness is 2 mm on the top and 2 mm on the bottom.
More info would be required for the complete spec of this belt.
