What are you trying to do? Are you making a wider belt out of 2 narrow belts or are you repairing a rip. Rotocuring is a manufacturing process that is ideally used for belts under 10mm thick although there are some very experienced manufacturers who have used it succesfully for thicker, more complex belt constructions. ■
Rotocure vulcanisation
Has any one done curing of a EP 2000/5 belt (180cm width) in a rotocure?
If yes, can you briefly tell me what will be the advantage and disadvantage of doing it in a rotocure compared to a normal curing press?
If no, is it worth trying out in a rotocure?
