Poly Hi Solidur, Inc. Announces Promotions

Fort Wayne, Ind. — Poly Hi Solidur, Inc., has announced the following promotions: Ron Denoo, Director of Business Development; Tim Lankenau, Unit Material Handling & Vertical Markets Business Unit Manager; and Andr Fischbach, QuickSilver® Business Unit Manager.

Mr. Denoo joined Poly Hi Solidur in 1993 as an engineering trainee, working in the Poly Hi Solidur Americas and in the Poly Hi Solidur Deutschland facilities. During his tenure at Poly Hi Solidur, he has held a variety of positions including engineering manager and product/market development manager. In his new position, Mr. Denoo will be responsible for product innovation, new market development and Poly Hi Solidur – MediTECH®, the leading global manufacturer and supplier of medical grade UHMW-PE to the orthopaedic implant industry.

Mr. Lankenau joined Poly Hi Solidur in 1999as sr. marketing manager. He has also served as product manager and a business unit manager. In his new role, Mr. Lankenau will be responsible for leading and managing the conveying components, pulp & paper, transportation and snowmobile business segments. Prior to joining Poly Hi Solidur, he worked for Diversified Systems, Moorfeed Corporation and Philips Automotive Electronics.

Mr. Fischbach joined Poly Hi Solidur in 1998 as plant manager at the Scranton, Penn., facility. Prior to accepting that position, he served in a variety of positions within Menasha Corporation, including production manager and power plant operations manager. In his new position, Mr. Fischbach will continue his responsibilities as director of operations – Pennsylvania and SystemTIVAR® Engineering business unit manager while assuming leadership of the QuickSilver® linings group.
