Loesche America, Inc. Announces New Installations

Pembroke Pines, Florida - December 20, 2004

Loesche America, Inc., of Pembroke Pines, Florida, is a subsidiary of Loesche GmbH, located in Düsseldorf, Germany. The company is an international market leader in vertical roller mills used for drying and grinding in the coal, cement, lime, minerals and utilities industries. Loesche America, Inc. is pleased to announce the following new projects:

Loesche New Pet - Coke and Slag Mills:

DTE Petcoke LLC - located in Vicksburg, Mississippi will be receiving the Loesche LM 28.2D Petcoke grinding plant including all peripherals. Start up is expected before Spring of 2005.

Leaf River Cellulose, LLC - located in New Augusta, Mississippi has contracted to install the Loesche LM 14.2D Petcoke grinding mill including a complete turn-key engineering package. The company produces fluff, market and filter pulps.

Minsur S.A. located in San Isidro of Lima, Peru has ordered a complete tin slag grinding plant for their Pisco Plant including the Loesche LM 15.2 raw mill and peripheral equipment. Minsur S.A. is a producer of copper, lead, silver and tin. The installation should be completed by the Fall of 2005.

LSKS Dynamic Classifier Upgrades:

Carmeuse Lime - located in Detroit, Michigan has installed a Loesche LSKS 19D High Efficiency Classifier to upgrade their existing Raymond mill. The plant is one of 14 manufacturing facilities of Carmeuse North America, one of the largest producers of lime and limestone products in North America.

Cemex U.S., Inc. - Demopolis Plant located in Demopolis, Alabama has recently contracted with Loesche America, Inc. to receive a new Loesche LSKS 26D High Efficiency Dynamic Classifier. Cemex U.S., Inc. is one of the largest cement distributors and ready-mix producers in the United States.

Essroc Italcementi Group - located in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, will receive a Loesche LSKS High Efficiency Dynamic Classifier to upgrade their existing Raymond mill. The company is a leading manufacturer of cement and chemical admixtures serving North America.

Florida Rock Industries, Inc. - located in Jacksonville, Florida, will be installing a new LSKS High Efficiency Dynamic Classification plant for their limestone operation. The company is a major producer of basic construction materials.

Giant Cement Holding, Inc. - Harleyville Plant located in Summerville, South Carolina will receive the LSKS 28D dynamic classifier to upgrade their existing Raymond mill. Giant Cement Holding, Inc. produces and sells Portland and masonry cements, lightweight aggregate and lightweight block.

System Upgrades:

Essroc Italcementi Group - located in Picton, Ontario, Canada will install two oil recirculation panels for the roller assemblies on their two existing Loesche LM 24.2 raw mills. The company is a leading manufacturer of cement and chemical admixtures serving North America.
