Ultra fine grinding innovation from Cyclotec Oy

We are an engineering team seeking cooperation to exploit a milling technology we have developed.

Being experts you would therefore understand our technology's potential;

The technology we have developed is for a continuous action planetary centrifugal mill,

for ultra fine grinding.

While in the development stage, we are providing milling services to local companies.

(we are milling quartz sands, granite pebble, metallurgical slug, glass, etc)

Production capacity of the prototype is 1.5 tons/hour (continuous action in open circuit )

Engine capacity of 37 kW

Our milled material is less than five microns and 30% of this material is one micron in size.

Surface area by BET 5.1 m2/gr ! (continuous action)

Feed fraction 5mm

Energy consumption is 200 Kw/ton max.

Depending on the material ( on quartz sands consumption is less then 140 kW/ton d97 for 10 microns).

Hardness up to 10 by Moh scale,

The material is mechanically activated .

Grinding Solution

We are in need of grinding machinery for the following application:

Feed: Iron Ore

Bulk Density: 2.5-2.9 t/cum

Moh’s scale hardness: 5 to 6

Tumbler Index: 83-86%

Abrasion Index: 6.5-7

Bond Index: 5% max

Compressive Strength: 3600 kgs/sq cm

Feed size: 0-5mm

Moisture in feed material: 15-20%

Output size: 80% passing 0.075 (75 microns)

Feed Capacity: 40-50tph

The feed material will be coming from the cyclones and the ultra-fines at the output will be sent to again to cyclones for further separation.
