Rhewum (G.B.) Ltd have launched a mobile version of their WAU High Performance Screening Machine. The track mounted unit folds for transport and is quick and easy to erect on site.
The mobile unit has a heavy duty feed hopper with variable speed conveyor, variable speed main conveyor, WAU 1500mm wide x 3600mm long single deck screen and two off product conveyors, all mounted on a heavy duty chassis with hydraulic drive crawler tracks.
The WAU screen is ideal for screening sticky or damp material in the separation range 0.5 to 6 mm. Aimed primarily at the Limestone and Hard Rock industry, the screen is capable of handling up to 130 t.p.h. of -40 mm material and screening out the -3mm with a moisture content of up to 13% on standard Stainless Steel screen meshes with little or no blinding.
The screen can also be used to remove -5 mm dust from Construction and Demolition waste.
