For the purpose of detcting ingress of ash in vacuum conveying pipe after dust collector to vacuum pump due to bursting of filter bag, dust sensor need to be installed to annunciate in case of presence of ash beyond acceptable limit. Instrument should preferably have self cleaning arrangement or with compressed air purging and shall be suitable to work in moist/sticky ash environment.
