the capacity of the kiln shoul be max.-15 tph and the max. temp

S/S LINED ARMSTRONG HOLLAND ROTARY DRIER 8m X 1.2m DIA. Powered by electric motor through reducer c/w gas fired combustion chamber - jacketed, with Weishaupt gas fired blower with control switch. Barrel is mild steel with Stainless steel lining. Main drive 7.5kW, feed by 300mm screw conveyor, 2.2kW drive Previously used to dry gypsum at the rate of about 7 TPH. Product temperature was from ambient to about 65C. Moisture content was between 3 and 7% to zero moisture. Burner details - Max Weishaupt G7/1-D, Type ZD, Capacity 300-1750 KW, Natural gas, Category 111, Inlet pressure Min 5Mb, Max 140 Mb, 1984, Ser No 2667461 Ex: QLD Price FOB Australia: US$31500.00

dear cougar,

thanks for your reply,actually we want to installed a gypsum calcination plant first ,capacity between-100--300 tpd .after that we will installed gypsum board plant.we want to sale gypsum powder(plaster of paris)in gulf region.this plant will be installed in saudi arabia because of locally availability of raw material there.

please let us know the comlete details of the existing plant ,year of manufacture of the plant and machieneries etc.,enabling us to think further on this.

we need the following--

primary and secondary crushers,silos,screw conveyors,belt conveyors,feeders,plc system.kiln.seperators.dust collectors,bucket elevators and bgging line cetc.

Dear Mr.Anil Seth,

We have a rotary furnace 36m/1.9m diam. unused but placed

outsde for some 8 years.Only burning system and refractory

lining is missing.Can send pictures if required.Ideal for producton

of gypsium.
