Sulfur Flow Problems

Posted in: , on 23. Aug. 2004 - 11:55

Dear Sir,

Seeking your assistance to connect me to possible vendors who can give me

proposals on how to permanently solve my problem. Brochure and pricing

info will always be welcome.

We are producing insoluble sulfur, oiled and non-oiled, and have pluggage

problems, especially when the sulfur has to flow thru small chutes between

tanks and also between tanks and feed screws. We are using (Vibra Screw's) bin agitators and (Martin Engineering's) vibrators, but this only help ward off about 80 - 90% of the problem. We have to periodically beat/hammer the tanks to ensure product flows down.

Very much appreciate your cooperation and coordination.

Thanks.
