I am a Mechanical Engineering Technologist specializing in Robotics and Automation. I have worked as a maintence manager at a recyling center here in Canada and can tell you a few of the things you will need that work really well. I could setup and design the system for you if you are interested. Firstly, Your incoming should be 2 stream if possible. Paper products and everything else. Your paper line uses a conveyor system to allow sorting of paper from cardboard as they have different recycling parameters. Cans and pet and all other plastic are sorted using an air feed blowoff and magnometer (rotating magnet under conveyor belt) and mag belt for cans and metals. The ideal system is one that uses no people directly on sort lines, as its a terrible job and no one wants to do it for long. Also there are health risks from contaminants and celulose and glass fibres. The ideal system is a robotic system for sorting. I have a complete system in mind...if you are interested..

Our company by the name of Kiev's City administration is going to construct a waste processing factory (capacity: 360 000 tonnes of waste per year). We are interested in the equipment for preparation of the municipal solid waste (sorting, rubbing, shredding). Are you interested to take part in the realization of this project?

Our company has concluded the preliminary contract with the city administration of Kiev to work our and construct the municipal waste processing factory in Kiev.
The field of activity of our company is pyrolysis process. We have invented waste processing reactor for all kinds of organic components of waste. But it is only a part of the technology. That is why we are interested in equipment for preparing the waste for the pyrolysiss process in our reactor.
Can you help us to choose the principal layout of preparing the waste.
The main requirement:
- preliminary sorting of PET, paper, iron.
- preliminary shredding.
- final sorting to delete the iron and building waste.
- final shredding till the size of fraction 15mm<.
