Inspiration at Van Beek’s workshops

Van Beek will organise six workshops about thermal screw conveyors on May 26 in Drunen. Via these workshops, Van Beek and its partners share their extensive and up-to-date knowledge and expertise on screw conveyors with companies in the food, chemical and environment-related industries. Knowledge and expertise that will inspire these companies to use business applications that they would not have thought possible until now.

Thermal screw conveyors offer unprecedented possibilities. At the workshops, specialists such as Nick Smith of Holoflight and Olivier Lepez of Spirajoule present the latest developments. For instance, they will discuss things like thermodynamics, heating through electrical resistance (the Joule effect), customised solutions and dealing with slurries and pastas.

Breakfast

The workshops begin at 7.30 am with a refreshing breakfast. Until 11.30 am, visitors can obtain information and carry out their own tests at Van Beek’s test centre. Van Beek will provide enough theoretical and practical material during this morning session for new applications of your own.

You will find extensive information about the workshops at www.thermalscrew.com . But of course people who are interested can also contact Renate Heeren, telephone +31-(0)416 37 52 25.

Dear Sirs,

We are the organisers of Bulk Asia 2005 in Mumbai in November.

We are organising several workshops related to bulk material handling including troubleshooting pneumatic conveying, simulating bulk terminal operations etc. We are sure a screw conveying workshop will also evince a lot of interest.

Please let us know if you would be interested in conducting a workshop at this forum.
