Bedeschi, established in Padua (Italy) in 1908, is highly specialized in raw material handling machinery and services and nowadays consists of about 40.000 sqm of manufacturing facilities and technical offices.
Since almost 50 years, Bedeschi is also specialized in the design and the manufacturing of double roller crushers. Part of the continuous research and development effort of Bedeschi is the new latest technology of the double roller crusher heavy duty (type RL).
The new crusher, compared to the Bedeschi standard ones, can process hard material up to 2.000 kg/sqm with an input size up to 1.300 mm and a crushing ratios 1:8 and a very low specific consumption (0,6 ÷ 0,8 kwh/ton).
It is a very compact design equipped with planetary gearboxes.
It has the advantage of requiring a very low maintenance thanks to the fact that rotors run at low speed, compared to traditional crushers.
These machines are already successfully tested with different materials (hard limestone, soft limestone and clay) in cement plants (of Lafarge, Colacem and of Cementeria di Monselice – all placed in Italy) and quarries (Unicalce – Italy)
