8th Int Conf on Bulk Materials Storage, Handling and Transportation

On behalf of the National Organising Committee of the ICBMH'04, I extend an invitation to you to attend this Conference in Wollongong on 5th - 8th July 2004.
The Conference will present many papers, including such topics as storage, feeding, discharging, handling, processing, mechanical and pneumatic conveying, computer simulations, life cycle extension and case studies relating to bulk handling facilities. The topics will provide a good balance of theory and practice, and we are sure they will be of wide interest to industry and research organisations.
This Conference will provide an excellent opportunity for you to meet practitioners, researchers, vendors and designers from many countries around the world, and benefit from the presentation of the latest activities in their fields of interest.
In addition to the technical interaction provided by the Conference, the Illawarra region offers many attractions. The combination of sandy beaches, rainforests and rural scenery is spectacular and unique in Australia. The region also has extensive industries with bulk handling facilities, such as coal mining, processing, grain terminal and iron steel production, all of which blend into the region in an environmentally friendly manner.
