Plant Engineering in support of plastic film manufacturing operations at various North American sites. Provided Bulk Solids Handling Conveying Design as the Mechanical Lead on numerous Capital Projects in the Dow Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Epoxy, PET and PEG business areas.
Founding member of the Solids Processing Technology Center. Material Flow Associate in TR&D (Technical Resources & Development) where projects were undertaken to increase efficiency and improve productivity in the operating plants.
SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Process Engineering and later the Solids Discipline of Engineering Science of Core R&D doing MET (Most Effective Technology) development and Consulting work at numerous global Dow locations.

Professional Accomplishments
Established Slow-Motion Dense-Phase Pneumatic Conveying as MET (Most Effective Technology) in the Dow Polyethylene Business. Product Degradation was effectively reduced from 300 PPM to 30 PPM based on 1.43 million MTY of PE Production.
Introduced a new product form to the Dow Epoxy Business. Pastille Technology was implemented on an SEN (Solid Epoxy Novolac) project which solved the EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) and the handling issues associated with flaked product.
