Hydrated Lime Loaded by Pneumatic System

Is it possible to load hydrated lime into a trailer truck in using a pneumatic system? What are the safety requirements? Can we use the bin vent located on the top of the storage silo for dust collection? Is there a plant in worldwide using this conveying process?

Thank you, best regards.

Not Another Blow Job.

Physically possible but time consuming due to ....

...What are the safety requirements?

You must comply with eg European ADR regulations, or whatever is in force at the locality. There are several MSDS's for reference. It is hardly likely that a competent Safety Officer, if there is such a thing, would sanction this type of loading.

Ask yourself how you are going to get the plentiful dust to the top of the silo: I would?

Is there a plant in worldwide using this conveying process?

Probably. There is no shortage of cowboys.
