Magnetic Screen Cloth:
The SWECO Supragnetic is a Magnetic Stainless Steel Wire Cloth with superior mechanical properties and precise tolerances. Its material composition allows it to be retrieved by a magnet in the event of a screen breakage. The SWECO Supragnetic is available from stock in a wide range of meshes and sizes. Additionally, each spout can be equipped with a SWECO Drawer Magnet to capture any Supragnetic or other magnetic metal exiting the separator.

Blue Gaskets:
SWECO gaskets are used on any screen to ensure the tightness of your equipment. The FDA blue components make it possible for the material to be easily visually spotted if it should enter the product streams.

Blue Sliders:
SWECO sliders are used in self-cleaning kits and self-cleaning screens. The larger diameter shows an increased performance of your screen cleaning device. The blue color ensures a better visibility.

The EC1935 certified blue connectors are made out of polyurethane with an additional magnetic reactive material. SWECO also offers a range of cleaning balls and rings made out of magnetically reactive and FDA acceptable material (rings are under development).
