We have finally managed to squeeze our New Track Mounted 1000 TPH - 43 tonnes Primary Mineral Sizer onto the show stand with some careful driving so not to rip the carpets!!!!!.
This Universal Rotary Shear machine was very well received. The low profile and very compact design proved to be a show stopper.
We have updated this new machine with lots of new features to make the TMS more user friendly and allow it to be used within a greater range of applications around the world.
Some of the features now included within this new TMS.
Pulse Sizing: By adjusting the rotor speeds and tooth configuration while the machine is still running we can change the out feed size of the material.
Universal rotor design: The machine can accept three rotor configuration deigns to suit most sizing applications. Primary - Secondary and Tertiary. By simply swapping out the main rotors and side cleaning combs or breaker plates this new Sizer can be
configured to be a primary center sizer or even a secondary, tertiary side sizer. One machine can suit many applications. (Rotors can be swapped in around 6 to 8 hours).
Variable rotor speed: The new drive solution allows a range of rotors speeds from 5rpm all the way up to 75rpm or even a universal setting where the machine will select the ultimate rotor speed for the given application.
The TMS can be supplied in three styles. The front end, sizer and drive system will always be the same on each unit but we can supply options of - Direct feed with tilt hopper - Vibrating feeder with fines removal or Heavy duty plate feeder.
