The new „intelligent Junction Box
The new „intelligent Junction Box“ monitors all important functions of the load cells. Every load cell signal is compared to the average - the CAN -bus transmits the weight information up to 250 m to the evaluation electronic. The intelligent junction box provides free adjustable alarm for cable brake, over- and underload and uneven load deviation.
Precise and maintenance free solid flow measurement is another important field of Hense Wägetechnik. They offer all kind of belt scales, weigh feeder, weighing screw conveyor and precise solid flow meter for gravimetric flow (free falling) and pneumatic conveyed powder and grain material.
The new MIC Smart Sensor is now available as a low cost Flow / noFlow detector.

A comfortable software for monitoring and adjustment of the flow limits is provided with the MIC- transducer. The sensor is connected via a mini - USB connector.
A further „Highlight“ on the the Hense Wägetechnik Powtech stand is the new “FlowCube” meter. The FlowCube offers a low cost solution for bulk density and flow measurement of powder and grain material. The dust tight, compact instrument starts with a “self calibration” cycle to analyse the bulk density. The second cycle acts as reference calibration to calculate the flow rate. The density and the flow calibration take only a few seconds time. After the first calibration the flow is measured continuously as result of the weight to flow relation.
The electronic detects differences in the material properties - if the difference exceeds a certain limit, the system reacts with a new reference calibration.
The density measurement can be repeated in adjustable cycles.
