Bladel, August 26, 2013 – A recipe analysis and concept engineering from KSE Process Technology revealed that Felleskjøpet Rogaland Agder (FKRA) is capable to increase their production up to 10% by fitting new systems into the current factory.
By deploying multiple ALFRA dosing and weighing systems the amount of manual additives and manual loading of silos is significantly reduced. Micro and small components are dosed out of thirty flexible silos from an ALFRA Flexible Component Dosing system and an ALFRA Small Component Dosing system out of thirty flexible silos. After that the components are transported a few floors up with a vacuum transport to an ALFRA check weigher who, after weight control, directly discharges in the main mixer.
Construction expenses are spared because the new systems are placed in the current factory. Additionally FKRA is able to produce automatic overnight. So the staff can fully focus on producing efficient and qualitatively.
The first systems are scheduled to be delivered to FKRA in the beginning of 2014.
