From the very beginning GVF Components has been keen on designing, producing and supplying industrial components especially for Bulk Handling.
GVF Components is well-known for accessories such as vibrofluidizers, rotating level probes, pinch valves etc., but also for accessories for pneumatic conveyors such as two-way diverter valves, multiway diverter valves, anti wearing bends, etc.
Due to the increasing demand from customers, GVF Components has recently developed a LUMP BREAKER device, which is normally used at the end of Big Bag or at the outport of Bag Emptiers.
During transport (both sea and truck transport) materials contained in big bags or sacks absorb humidity.
This humidity makes powders (or granules) become compact forming lumps thus reducing the flowability of the product.
The LUMP BREAKER RPG breaks these lumps and the material gains the original thickness (granulometry).
The device is made of a twin-shaft system endowed with blades which rotate at high speed through a grid and “break” the lump.
The RPG is easy to install and can be fixed both on the upper and bottom part by means of a superior, inferior flange.
The construction can be made both of carbon steel and AISI 304.
