The firm of Brabender Technologie KG, established over 50 years ago and today one of the leading suppliers of gravimetric and volumetric bulk ingredient metering feeders, discharge aids and flow meters for bulk solids, has been trading as Brabender Technologie GmbH & Co. KG with legal effect since 1 July 2012.
This step was intended to ensure that the company remains geared to meet future requirements. To continue the dynamic growth that the company has been experiencing in recent years the company has increased capital to 3.0 million Euro from their own resources. The reason behind this move was to ensure financial independence as the company seeks to achieve further growth in its capacity as a leading global player in the market.
The affairs of the company will, as has been the case up until now, continue to be managed by Alfred Hauptkorn and Horst Vohwinkel. There will no change from the point of view of internal structures, areas of responsibility and the points-of-contact with which clients and business partners have been acquainted up to now.
All of the contractual agreements concluded on behalf of Brabender Technologie KG and any warranties furnished will remain legally effective and intact. Bank account details, tax registration number and contact details will stay as they were under the new trading title.
