POWDER FLOW 2011

Controlling, Regulating and Modifying Powder Flow

Following its inaugural conference in 2009 at the Royal Society of Chemistry, Powder Flow is back in 2011.

This year’s conference will attract world leading thinkers and researchers in the fields of Powder Flow and Rheology.

Speakers at the event will include Juergen Tomas (Magdeburg), Massimo Poletto, (Salerno) Mike Bradley. (Greenwich)

This year’s conference, which takes place on Tuesday 6 December 2011 at the Royal Institute of British Architecture, will allow delegates to share practical knowledge. Industry and academia will come together to explore, discover and invent solutions to understand powder flow issues. The conference will be of interest to product development industries and will cover issues relating to theory, development and industrial processes.

Dr. Philippe Rogueda, conference organiser and distinguished product development expert, says: “We’re expecting 130 of the world’s leading voices on powder and particulate characterization. It will provide a forum for idea sharing and B2B networking.”

The conference has attracted industry exhibitors who will demonstrate powder rheology and powder characterisation instruments.

The conference secretariat for Powder Flow 2011 is Constable & Smith Events. Powder Flow 2011 is a one day event of the Royal Society of Chemistry (www.rsc.org), organised by the Formulation Science and Technology Group (http://www.formulation.org.uk/).
