I am Postmaster located in Germany and responsible for moving mail for a large community. I would like a quote on the PowerFlex 15 &19 Conveyor system.

To be fitted with 50mm bright zinc plated rollers, complete with precision bearings, and 12mm solid steel axles.

Expanded length to be 21340mm (70ft) nom.

Compacted length to be 8950mm (29ft) nom.

Effective width 750mm

50mm wide Side plates to be manufactured from extruded ribbed aluminium.

Conveyor capacity - 150 KGs per linear metre (based on a level conveyor).

Variable Speed - 0 to 36 m/min.

Maximum roller pitch when fully extended is 127mm.

Fitted with 208mm castors and legs to achieve 723mm - 945mm T.O.R.

Braked castors to be fitted to each end and the centre.

The conveyor contains multiple Baldor electric drive motors -

0.09kW specification. Nominally there is one drive for every 10 rollers and the system is reversible.

Operation voltage - 240 volts, single phase, 50Hz.

Operation controls located at each end of the conveyor.

Fitted with drop down package stop.
