Yours is a familair problem which firstly involves tweaking the filter control panel(s).

There 4 loading points. You need to regulate the filter cycles so that the bomb doors open correctly sequentially. This is not difficult if you have a surge tank with agitator to maintain a, say, grade 6 pulp.
